  • Application refers to Shaumly : Puasa Sunnah, the software program provided by the Company.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a smartphone or a digital tablet.

  • Service refers to the Application.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Data

No Account Required

The Shaumly : Puasa Sunnah application does not require registration or login. All features are available for free without creating an account. We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Fasting Data Stored Locally

Shaumly : Puasa Sunnah allows You to track Your sunnah fasting activities (such as Senin-Kamis, Ayyamul Bidh, Dawud, and others) as well as Your Ramadhan qadha fasting records. All fasting tracking data You input is stored locally on Your device only and is never transmitted to or stored on any external server by the Company.

Types of Data Collected

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, mobile operating system, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. This data is used solely to maintain and improve the performance of the Service.

Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

Our Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data from Your device to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This may include:

  • Advertising ID (GAID on Android)
  • IP address
  • Device information (type, OS version)
  • Ad interaction data (clicks, impressions)

Fasting tracking data stored locally on Your device is under Your full control and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the Application.

Your information, including Usage Data, may be processed outside of Indonesia where data protection laws may differ. By using the Service, You consent to such processing. The Company takes all reasonably necessary steps to ensure Your data is handled securely.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly address or collect data from children under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and are aware that Your child has provided Us with personal information, please contact Us so We can take appropriate action.
